The property sold at auction In September, 2019 for less than $200,000 dollars.
The property was purchased by the Adzima family, which owns several businesses in western Pennsylvania. Troy Adzima, co-owner of the family companies, didn’t reveal immediate plans for the land, but said there isn’t interest in turning it back into a golf course. The winning bid amounted to $1,430 an acre, well below the typical cost for unoccupied land in the area.
